1. Tardiness

Please contact your artist directly for what their grace period may be. This policy keeps the day running smoothly and ensures everyone is respectful of other clients’ and your artists time.

 

2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Please contact your artist directly for their policy.

3. Age Requirements
All children are welcome, however, unattended children in the salon can disrupt the serene setting we have cultivated for our clientele. Please do not leave children unattended during services.

4. Pets
We have to be respectful of all guests and maintain our salon environment. Service pets are the only exception.

5. Health History and Illness

Please discuss health history, if any, with your service provider. Lack of doing so may affect the outcome of your service. Illness in the shop results in canceled appointments and spreads it to our families, as well as exposing those who may have compromised immunity. Please reschedule if you are not feeling well.

8. Privacy
We often times take photos of our work to grow our portfolios. If this is out of your comfort zone, no worries! Just let us know so we can be mindful.
