Salon Policies

1. Arriving on Time
Each artist sets their own grace period, so please reach out to them directly if you’re running late. Respecting these boundaries helps us keep your experience — and every guest’s — calm and unrushed.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows
Life happens, and we understand. Each artist has their own cancellation policy, so please connect with your artist if you need to adjust your appointment.

3. Children in the Salon
We love welcoming families into Caché. To protect the serene, restorative atmosphere our guests expect, children must remain attended at all times during services.

4. Pets

For the comfort of every guest, we kindly ask that pets stay at home. Service animals are, of course, always welcome.

5. Health & Wellness
Your safety and results are our priority. Please share any health history with your service provider, as it can affect the outcome of your service. If you’re feeling unwell, we encourage you to reschedule — this keeps our team, our families, and fellow guests safe and well.

6. Privacy & Photography
Showcasing our artistry through photos is one way we educate and inspire. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, simply let us know. Your comfort always comes first.
