How do I choose the right artist for me?
Every artist at Cache' has a unique specialty. If you’re unsure who to book with, send us: -Your current hair photo -Your inspiration photos -Your desired outcome We’ll guide you toward the artist who is the best fit.
What should I do before a color appointment?
For best results: -Arrive with clean, dry hair -Bring inspiration photos -Share any previous color history -Communicate any concerns Transparency ensures the most accurate formulation and outcome.
Should I wash my hair before my appointment?
For color services: Yes — arrive with clean, dry hair unless your artist instructs otherwise. For styling or updos: Follow your artist’s specific recommendations.
What if I'm running late or need to cancel?
Please reach out to your artist as soon as possible. Because our artists manage their own books, they handle all timing and availability.
Where do I park?
You’ll find guest parking in the front and back of the salon. If you’ll be with us for 2+ hours, please use the all-day parking located behind the salon.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes. Many artists offer digital or in-person consultations. Consultations help ensure: -Accurate pricing -Proper timing -Realistic expectations -A smooth overall experience Ask your artist for their preferred consultation method.
Can I bring children to my appointment?
For safety and relaxation, we ask that only guests receiving a service be in the salon, unless otherwise arranged with your artist.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes — we always accept walk-ins when an artist is available. Because everyone manages their own schedule and may be fully booked, we always recommend making an appointment when possible. If you’re in the area, feel free to stop by — we’ll do everything we can to get you taken care of.
